1. Assembly

1. The appearance of the head mechanism is sealed with electroplated matt nickel surface to resist wear.

2. Active Handle

7. The measured hardness is 35HRC.

8. After the surface shot blasting treatment, the texture is obvious and better.

4. Die holder
image1. The cold drawn profile has high material density, good strength, wire cutting die positioning groove, and the pinball + positioning pin structure is safe and reliable.

2. The stamper is limited by the special limit mechanism (2), with high reliability and high precision.

3. The measured hardness is 36HRC.

1. The part is sawn into a block by a profile, milling the end face, and cutting the mold cavity.

2. The stamper is limited by two pinballs (2), which is easy to be misplaced and fall off (there may be safety hazards when working at height).

3. The measured hardness is 40HRC.

4. Surface shot blasting, hardness is better.
