(1) Pay attention to the operation status within three months of the operation of the new machine
During the operation of the new machine, check the operation status, such as the maintenance of the machine parts, whether the screws are loose, whether the oil temperature is abnormally rising, whether the hydraulic oil is deteriorated quickly, and whether the use conditions are in compliance with the regulations.
(2) Do not add load immediately after starting the hydraulic pump
The hydraulic pump must be operated for a period of time without load idling (about 10 minutes to 30 minutes). Especially when the temperature is very low, it is necessary to pass the warming process, so that the hydraulic circuit can be circulated normally and then added to the load, and the operation condition is confirmed.
(3) Observe the change in oil temperature
Pay attention to check the maximum and minimum oil temperature changes, and find out the relationship between the oil temperature and the external ambient temperature, so that you can know whether the cooler capacity, the storage tank capacity and the surrounding conditions, the use conditions match, and the cooling system is also eliminated. Traces can be followed.
(4) Pay attention to the noise of the hydraulic pump
The new hydraulic pump has low initial wear and is easily affected by air bubbles and dust. Poor lubrication at high temperatures or over-loading conditions can cause adverse consequences and cause abnormal effects on the hydraulic pump.
(5) Pay attention to the display value of the checker class
At any time, observe the pressure gauge display value of the hydraulic circuit, the vibration condition and stability of the pressure switch lamp, etc., to find out whether the hydraulic circuit is functioning properly as early as possible.
(6) Pay attention to the movement of the machine (for the modified pump)
Improper design of the hydraulic circuit or poor manufacturing of the components is not easy to find in the initial use phase, so special attention should be paid to the operating states that appear under various conditions of use.
(7) Pay attention to the adjustment in each valve
Fully understand the use of pressure control valves, flow control valves and directional control valves, pay special attention to the adjustment range and limits, otherwise adjustment errors will not only damage the machinery, but also pose a threat to safety.
(8) Check the status of the filter
The filter in the circuit should be periodically removed and cleaned, and the state of the filter and the dirt adsorbed on the net should be checked to analyze the quality, quantity and size. Thus, the degree of pollution in the circuit can be observed, and even the source of the pollution can be inferred accordingly.
(9) Regularly check the change of hydraulic oil
Check the analysis of hydraulic oil deterioration, discoloration and pollution level every one or two months to ensure the normality of the hydraulic transmission medium.
(10) Pay attention to part leakage of piping
Whether the hydraulic device is well or not, after running for a period of time, it can be seen whether the oil leaks and the piping is loose.
(11) Pay attention to the discovery of abnormal phenomena at any time
Abnormal sound, vibration or monitoring system abnormal signal, etc., must have its cause. When an abnormal phenomenon is found, the circuit diagram is immediately found. According to the figure, carefully observe whether the abnormal phenomenon is caused by a temporary error. The assessment does not require parking. The pressure, load, temperature, time, start-up, and stop time all contain the possibility of abnormality. Usually, it should be analyzed one by one.
