Zupper hydraulic bending tool, More convenient operation

The bending tool is one of the electrical power tools. It has reasonable structure, safety use, easy operation, reasonable price, fast loading and unloading, multi-purpose and so on. It has a large share in the domestic hydraulic bending tool.


How to use the bending tool and the precautions:

1. The bending tool is made of oil as the medium. The oil and the cleaning and maintenance work of the tool must be done to avoid fouling or oil leakage and affect the use effect.

2. Please refer to the instruction manual of electric pump for electric pump. Products are also commonly referred to as: "hydraulic copper and aluminum row bending tool, hydraulic bending tool, copper and aluminum row bending tool, busbar bending tool, electric bending tool, bus bar bending tool, hydraulic folding tool, Hydraulic cutting tool".

3. If there is a phenomenon of emptying during use, first loosen the oil discharge screw on the pump body, and then open the pump vertically and turn it down a few times, then tighten the oil drain screw to continue using.

4. The bending angle can be rebounded under the bending condition R of the standard width x2.5 and the bending angle d>90 degrees.

5. There are five slots in the roller of the bending tool, which are used in two ends. The position of the one end is 64mm below the position of the flower plate to the bottom of the groove. If the other end is used, it must be used.

6. When the oil pump needs to be refueled, the rubber cap at the end of the oil pump can be removed and the M8 hexagonal screw can be screwed to expose the oil pipe to refuel.

7, the copper row should be tempered to use.

8. R100, R125, R150 and 8mm bends of the bending machine are used in combination with 2 4mm plates, and 6mm is used for bending 6mm.


Working principle:

It consists of electric oil pump, high pressure oil pipe, fast coupling, working cylinder, plunger and elbow parts. The high-pressure oil output by the electric oil pump is sent into the working oil cylinder through the high-pressure oil pipe, and the high-pressure oil pushes the plunger in the working oil cylinder to generate thrust, and bends the pipe through the curved pipe member
